E.L. Robinson Engineering employs over 175 full-time, experienced professionals and support personnel. We offer construction engineering inspection of the highest quality for private, municipal, ODOT, and WVDOH projects. Our over 30 certified and qualified CEI personnel, have the knowledge and experience to properly handle any project size or scope. ELR is capable of full QA/QC materials testing, utility services, and transportation inspection. ELR’s long-standing adaptable and professional approach to any adverse situation in the field is what separates ELR from other consulting companies. ELR is completely committed to its goal of a properly built project in accordance with state specifications and project plan documentation. ELR has the inspection expertise and project delivery knowledge to complete bridge, roadway, and stormwater drainage projects of all types. The collective years of experience and name recognition that the assembled team brings to projects is recognized. ELR has been involved in hundreds of projects throughout West Virginia and Ohio for both public and private entities over the last 40 years.
Construction Services
E.L. Robinson Engineering provides a complete range of construction services to clients. From start to finish, ELR ensures projects are performed effectively and align with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes. The staff at ELR contributes years of unmatched, professional expertise to the completion of every construction project. We are dedicated to leading construction projects with integrity, providing experienced, professional oversight. ELR inspection staff members are certified through the WV Transportation Engineering Technician Certification Program. Staff members have obtained material certifications through WVDOH and ACI.
Construction services are as follows:

- On-site concrete testing as well as compressive strength testing in on site lab
