WVDOT District 2 Landslide Remediation - Logan County
This project was in response to six (6) landslides in Logan County that affected the highway system maintained by the WVDOT. The landslides were caused by a flooding event that occurred on March 3rd and 4th, 2015. ELR’s tasks included: mapping; core boring lay out; bid document development; geologist directed field drilling operations; boring log development; pile lagging retaining wall design; and plans and specification development for each site.
