E.L. Robinson Engineering developed construction plans for this project, which involved the major rehabilitation of 6.6 miles of Interstate Route 90 in Ashtabula County, Ohio.

The study includes a full depth pavement removal and replacement, the rehabilitation of 12 bridges, 37 culverts, complete sign replacement, and mainline profile revisions under each overhead bridge.

The project also involves a hybrid contra/traditional crossover maintenance of traffic scheme to minimize temporary pavement and bridge widening.
