Q: How many years of experience do you?
A: Going on 7 years.

Q: How many years have you been with ELR?
A: 4 years.

Q: What is your favorite project you have worked on at ELR? Why?
A: The Jackson 10 Well Pad design. It has been the most complex project I have worked on to date. I feel my overall knowledge in civil/site design and construction practices was greatly increased after being a part of this project as a result of the project complexity and many variables involved. Project variables included: environmental constraints, ODNR special permit conditions, topography challenges due to steep grade changes, 80’ high 2-sided reinforced earth wall, approved construction budget, and aggressive project completion deadline.

Q: What is the best piece of advice someone has given you?
A: “Learn something new every day.” Our brain needs exercise each day. Seek new knowledge in your profession and life (marriage, parenting, etc.).

Q: Name up to three famous people you’d like to have lunch with (living or deceased).
A: Bill Gates, Jerry Joes, President Trump – politics aside, who would not want the privilege of having lunch with POTUS?
