ELR is excited to welcome Mr. Kevin Cullen to the team as our Natural Gas project manager! With 7 years of experience in the energy sector, Cullen brings his experience within the Oil and Natural Gas industry to the ELR team. He is based out of our Bridgeport WV location.

Mr. Cullen is responsible for overseeing E.L. Robinson’s local projects pertaining to the oil, coal, and natural gas industries. Before coming to E.L. Robinson, Kevin worked as the project manager on a multi-million dollar pipeline installation project for Tetra Tech. Prior to that, he was a Project Manager at Dominion Gas Transmission for 4-1/2 years managing several multi-million dollar projects such as natural gas facilities and pipelines. Additionally, he has experience as a contractor for the Department of Highways, working on many design highway projects. Originally from Clarksburg, WV., Mr. Cullen is familiar with many key players in the energy sector. He utilizes his familiarity of West Virginia and his local connections within the energy sector to help E.L. Robinson continue moving in the right direction.
