Landscape Architect
Licensed landscape architect contributing to all project phases from conceptual design through construction administration. Prepares detailed drawings, plans, and models of landscape and site features — including site-civil elements and topographical relief maps of project features such as roadways, trails, and site plans.
May lead small projects or tasks on larger initiatives and serves as part of multidisciplinary teams on medium to large-scale projects. Writes reports and specifications covering landscape, site-civil, and land planning matters. May be assisted by landscape designers, land planners, and technicians while managing revenue-producing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum Licensure: Valid Landscape Architecture License
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of professional experience (typical)
- Working knowledge of plant palettes, grading and drainage techniques, site-civil layout, and ADA-accessibility standards
