WEBSTER SPRINGS PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT WASTEWATER COLLECTION & TREATMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Webster Springs PSD, 38 Clean Water Way, Webster Springs, WV at 1:00 p.m. on February 21, 2024.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Shannon Cochran (PSD Manager) at the office of the Webster Springs PSD, 38 Clean Water Way, Webster Springs, WV 26288., until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 6, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 50 linear feet of 16” diameter gravity sewer main, 605 linear feet of 6” diameter gravity sewer main, 325 linear feet of 4” diameter laterals, 100 linear feet of 14” diameter force main, 2,200 linear feet of 12” force main, 380 linear feet of 10” diameter force main, 9 manholes, replace 2 existing manholes, 6 force main cleanouts, five (5) lift station site modifications, two (2) lift stations, one (1) grinder pump station, one (1) headworks unit, yard piping reconfiguration, WWTP Clarifier Repair, WWTP Flow Splitter Modification and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.

A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier’s check must accompany all Bids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
