A pre-bid conference will not be conducted.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received at the office of the Town of Hillsboro, 21 Firehouse St., Hillsboro, WV, until 1:30 p.m. local time on April 29, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the improvements of the existing lagoon and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
