A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Doddridge County PSD, 99 Court Street, Suite 130, West Union, WV 26456 at 10:00 a.m. on
October 8, 2026.
Bid Date
Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2 will be received by Lowell McAfee (Chairperson-Doddridge County PSD) at the office of the Doddridge County PSD, 99 Court Street, Suite 130, West Union, WV 26456, until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 21, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Quantities of Work
Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 1,425 LF of 10” water line, 32,750 LF of 8” water line, 9,390 LF of 6” water line, 2,055 LF of 2” water line, 3,815 LF of 1” service line, 3,645 LF of ¾” service line, booster pump station, valves,
fire hydrants and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
Contract No. 2 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one (1) water storage tank including site clearing and grading, tank foundation, fencing, valve vault, 40 LF of 8” water line, connections, tank access road, rip rap ditch, telemetry and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
