OLD 19 PHASE II WATERLINE UPGRADE PROJECT

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Flatwoods-Canoe Run PSD, 406 Main St., Sutton, WV 26601 at 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2026.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Rodney Pritt (General Manager-Flatwoods-Canoe Run PSD) at the office of the Flatwoods-Canoe Run PSD, 406 Main St., Sutton, WV 26601, until 1:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1
Construction and installation of approximately 15,100 lineal feet of new 8-inch and smaller diameter
waterline, hydrants, valves, reconnection of existing water meters, sediment basin sludge removal, and
other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Installation of main server
and SCADA system in the water treatment plant as well as the installation of fourteen (14) satellite
connections in locations throughout the water distribution system outlined in the Specifications. This
contract will also include the start-up and necessary training for the Flatwoods-Canoe Run personnel to
operate the telemetry system.
