HOUSE BRANCH DRAINAGE BASIN STORMWATER PROJECT – PHASE I

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Town of Fayetteville Town Hall at 1:00 p.m. on June 18, 2026. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by the Town of Fayetteville Water Quality Board at the Town of Fayetteville Town Hall located at 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840, until 1:00 p.m. local time on July 9, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project (Contract No. 1) includes the following Work:
Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 260 LF of 53”x41” steel pipe arch culvert, 465 LF of 24” diameter and smaller HDPE storm pipe; 8 catch basins; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
