DAMERON WATER STORAGE TANKS REHABILITATION PROJECT

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the E.L. Robinson Engineering Office located at 93 Virginia Street, Beckley, WV 25801 at 2:00 p.m. local time on October 14, 2026. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by the Raleigh County PSD at its offices on 224 East Main Street, Sophia, WV 25921, until 3:00 p.m. local time on November 6, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the cleaning, repair, and painting of one 100,000-gallon and one 150,000-gallon water storage tank. The Work also includes furnishing and installing one (1) altitude valve and hydrodynamic mixing systems; replacement
of portions of the existing security fencing; structural steel repairs as required; disinfection, testing, and return of the tanks to service; and other related work as specified in the Contract Documents.
