AIRPORT WATER STORAGE TANK PROJECT

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the E.L. Robinson Engineering Office located at 93 Virginia Street, Beckley, WV 25801 at 9:00 a.m. local time on October 14, 2026. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by the Raleigh County PSD at its offices on 224 East Main Street, Sophia, WV 25921, until 1:00 p.m. local time on November 6, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project (Contract No. 1) includes the following Work:
Contract No. 1 - Construction of a new approximately 1,000,000-gallon composite elevated water storage tank and associated site improvements, including foundation and pedestal construction, piping, valves, telemetry, fencing, erosion and sediment control, and related appurtenances. The project also includes demolition and removal of the existing elevated water storage tank and associated facilities.
