Edward L. Robinson, P.E., P.S.

Mr. Robinson founded E.L. Robinson (ELR) Engineering Co. in 1978 with four employees. The firm initially provided land surveying and land development services. Today ELR stands as a diversified civil engineering and planning firm with nearly 100 full time professional engineers, surveyors, geologist, and landscape architects. Under the leadership of Mr. Robinson, ELR has become a well-respected multi-disciplined civil engineering company. Mr. Robinson is committed to quality engineering services and complete customer service. Mr. Robinson recognizes the importance of every client he has interacted with and every staff member he has invested in. From holding sole ownership, Mr. Robinson converted ELR to an employee owned company through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
