Penny Rike has joined E.L. Robinson as a Business Development Director to develop and implement new strategies for diversification and growth. Penny will create strong partnerships throughout the industry, creating high-value impact to our clients through analyzing situations and providing customized solutions.

Penny lives in Springboro with her three children, Olivia, Ian and Adam. She enjoys running a “hobby farm” in her spare time. She has a passion for giving back to the community through various organizations focused on improving the lives of children. She currently serves on the board of the Dayton Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Dayton Junior Achievement Board. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University (BSCE) and Leadership Dayton.
