Kenneth Kinder is a Project Manager with EL Robinson in the Charleston, WV office. Mr. Kinder specializes in design and permitting for civil engineering projects. His areas of expertise include civil site design, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, floodplain management and floodplain permitting. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Virginia, and a Certified Floodplain Manager. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and has 18 years of experience in a variety of civil engineering projects.

When Mr. Kinder is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has a wife (Teri), a 4-year-old son (Joseph), and an 18-month-old son (Mason). He enjoys volunteering at his church and he is an active member and officer of the West Virginia Trophy Hunter’s Association. His other hobbies include hunting and fishing, barbecuing and smoking meat, and doing mechanic work in his garage with repairing and restoring vehicles.
