ELR recently celebrated its 40th Anniversary on August 1, 2018. In 1978, ELR started humbly with four employees and grew into the firm it is today. While the original four employees are still working, ELR has grown into a firm with approximately 150 professionals in nine offices in three states.

Technology has changed significantly over the past 40 years leading ELR to undertake the task of revamping its social media presence. A committee was formed to explore options to inform ELR’s clients and friends about the company’s projects, personnel, technical expertise and community involvement.

As part of this, the committee decided to include a quarterly newsletter as an in-depth update while highlighting projects and technical information. ELR is now active on a number of social media platforms including Twitter (@ELRengineering), Facebook (@elrobinsonengineering) and LinkedIn (E.L.
