A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Wilderness PSD office at 1:00p.m. on February 7, 2023. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid Date
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wilderness PSD Water System Upgrade Phase 1 Project will be received at the office of the Wilderness Public Service District, 589 Riviera Rd, Mt Nebo, WV 26679, until 1:30 p.m. local time on February 21, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Quantities of Work
Contract #1-Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation/replacement of approximately 18,460 LF of 8” water line; 4,105 LF of 6” water line; 720 LF of 2” water line; service lines, meters, valves, fire hydrants, surface restoration and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
Contract #2 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the replacement of approximately 2200-5/8” radio read meters, 12-1” radio read meters, 3-2” radio read meters, all necessary hardware, and software for a fully functioning radio read metering system.
