Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Village of Woodsfield office at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Quantities of work:

Contract #2 – Wastewater and Storm System Improvements
The work shall consist of the construction and installation of approximately 4,800 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch and smaller diameter gravity sewer line, 27 manholes, 6,280 LF of 30-inch and smaller diameter gravity storm line, 57 catch basins, 3 stormwater outfalls, storm-sewer separation connections, surface restoration, and all other necessary appurtenances.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon a non-refundable payment of $275.00 for Contract #2, plus a non-refundable shipping charge of $35.00 per set. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to “E.L. Robinson Engineering Company”. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
