Town of Hillsboro Lagoon Improvements project

A pre-bid conference will be conducted in Town Hall of Hillsboro, WV at 10:30 a.m. on October 27, 2025.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 2 will be received at the office of the Town of Hillsboro, 21 Firehouse St., Hillsboro, WV, until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 13, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 2 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the improvements of the existing lagoon and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
