A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Town of Beverly, 5 Walnut Street, Beverly, WV, at 10:30 a.m. on June 6, 2023.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Andy Burns (Mayor) at the office of the Town of Beverly, 5 Walnut Street, Beverly, WV 26253., until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 21, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Quantities of work:

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 5,610 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity sewer main, 1,525 linear feet of 6” diameter gravity sewer main, 2,710 linear feet of 6” diameter laterals, 5,070 linear feet of 12” diameter force main, 4,370 linear feet of 8” diameter force main, 735 linear feet of 6” force main, 70 manholes, replace 29 existing manholes, 6 cleanouts, 12 force main cleanouts, five (5) lift station upgrades, abandon 17 manholes and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
