Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Raleigh County Public ServiceDistrictattheofficeoftheRaleighCountyPSD,224EastMainStreet,Sophia,WV25921, until11:00a.m.localtime onNovember17,2025,atwhichtimetheBidsreceived willbepublicly opened and read aloud. ANotice toProceed willbeissued within 30 days after the bid opening andacceptance of bid tothe contractor and the contractor shall start construction atthat time.

Contract No.1— Furnishing allequipment, labor, and miscellaneous items for the construction and installation of approximately 14,055 linear feet of 10” and smaller diameter water main, valves, fire hydrants, leak meter settings, customer services, customer reconnections, trench repair, shoulder stone placement, pipe bedding, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the plans and specifications. Note: Owner will provide all pipe, fittings and other waterline materials.Contractor shallprovidelaborandequipment forconstruction,installationand restoration.
