A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted held at 10:00 a.m. local time on July 15, 2025, at the office of the Raleigh County PSD.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Raleigh County Public Service District at the office of the Raleigh County PSD, 224 East Main Street, Sophia, WV 25921, until 1:00 p.m. local time on August 5, 2025,

Quantities of work:

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 44,900 linear feet of 10” and smaller diameter water main, 2 master meters and vault, valves, fire hydrants, leak meter settings, customer services, customer reconnections, trench repair, shoulder stone placement, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the plans and specifications.
Contract No. 2 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the cleaning repair and painting of one 100,000 gallons and one 150,000 gallons water storage tank. The project also includes providing and installing one altitude valve, hydrodynamic mixing systems, replacing the security fencing and other related appurtenances as outlined in the plans and specifications.
