A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 10:00 p.m. at the Town of Matewan, located at 617 East Third Avenue, Matewan, West Virginia, 25678. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bid Date

Bids for the construction of the Town of Matewan Red Jacket Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project will be received by the Town of Matewan at City Hall, located at 617 East Third Avenue, Matewan, West Virginia, 25678 until 1:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Quantities of Work

Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 23,790 LF of 8" and smaller diameter gravity sewer line; 167 wastewater manholes; cleanouts, service laterals and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
