Range 1 Training Facility

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., September 8, 2025, at 14395 Marshall Highway,
Jolo, WV 24850.

Sealed bids for Contract No. 1 – Main Building Construction will be received by ETB Architects, Inc., 101
Rockledge Avenue, Princeton, WV 25740, until 2:00 p.m., September 25, 2025. At that time, bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the
Range 1 Training Facility Main Building, including completion of the 60’ x 100’ pre-erected building with
interior framing, all interior and exterior finishes and fixtures, site excavation, parking, and landscaping,
installation of sanitary sewer/water/utility piping/electrical, and all related work as shown in the Plans and
Specifications
