Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Tom Cochran (Executive Director) at the office of the Raleigh County Memorial Airport,176 Airport Rd., Beaver, WV 25813, until 1:00 p.m. local time on February 23, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1– Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installationofapproximately2,100LFofaccessroad,1,400LFof6” gravity sewer, 7 manholes, 1,800 LF of 8” waterline, 2,500 LF of utility trench, 820,000 cubic yards of excavation, revegetation of 90 acres, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
