Pre-bid info:

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Birch River Public Service District office at 1:00 p.m. local time on August 7, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but not mandatory.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Mayor Andrea Pendleton at the office of the Town of Rainelle City Hall, 1233 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle WV 25962, until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 28, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Quantities of work:

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one 80 KW Standby Emergency Generator at the City Hall, one 150 KW Standby Generator at the Rainelle Water Plant, and one 30 KW Standby Emergency Generator at the Lilly Park Water Plant, Concrete Pads, Panels, Transfer Switches, wiring and other related items as outlined in the Plans and Drawings.
