PUTNAM PSD WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Putnam PSD office at 10:30 a.m. on September 19th 2024 Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

The Bid opening will be extended one week and take place on October 3, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Putnam PSD Office located at 136 Carls Lane Scott Depot WV 25560.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by James Evers (General Manager) at the office of the Putnam PSD; 136 Carls Lane, Scott Depot WV 25560, until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 26th__2024_, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction of approximately 2,065 feet of 8-inch waterline, 2,800 feet of 6-inch waterline, 2,905 feet of directional drilling, valves, hydrants and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
