NORTH HILL ROAD PHASE 2 STORM SEWER PROJECT

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Town of Sutton, Town Hall at 1:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by the Town of Sutton at their Office located at 450 4th Street, Sutton, WV 26601, until 1:00 p.m. local time on January 31, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 480 LF of 30” HDPE storm pipe; 5 catch basins or manholes; and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
