NECCO CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing the scope of work, labor standards and other requirements will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the NECCO Campus Welcome Center, 115 Private Road 977, Pedro, Ohio, 45659, and will adjourn at the project site.

ENA, LLC (Owner) will receive sealed bids properly endorsed “Necco Campus Improvements Phase 1” until 3:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, April 18, 2024, in the NECCO Corporate Headquarters, 1404 Race Street, Suite 302, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202, at which time all bids will be opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid considered to be in its best interest from the lowest responsible bidder.

The work consists of the following:
1) Site demolition of existing concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement, portions of storm sewer structures, and landscaping.
2) Construction activities shall consist of installation of new colored stamped concrete walkways, conventional concrete sidewalks, specialty pavers, full-depth asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement overlay, storm sewer improvements, park benches, removable bollards, erosion control measures, and landscaping.
