Pre-bid Info

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Southern West Virginia Regional Airport, 1000 Skyline Drive, Delbarton, WV 25670. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.

Bid Date

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mingo County Airport Authority located at 78 East 2nd Avenue, Room 136, Williamson, WV 25661. until Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Quantities of Work

The Project will involve grading, drainage installation, pavement, guard rail, signage, pavement markings, and includes all work designated in these specifications and as shown on the contract drawings.

The bidding documents are available at www.elrobinsonengineering.com and/or www.questcdn.com, reference Quest Number 8994988. To be considered a plan holder, register with QuestCDN.com for a free Regular membership and download the bidding documents for a download fee. There is a $100 nonrefundable download delivery fee for the bidding documents. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. Downloading the documents and becoming a plan holder is recommended, as plan holders receive automatic notice of addenda and bid updates. Interested parties may view the bidding documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a plan holder. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
