A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on October 21, 2025, at the office of the Hatfield McCoy Trails, 180 Appalachian Outpost Trail, Man, WV.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by McDonald Clan Resort, LLC at the office of the Hatfield McCoy Trails, 180 Appalachian Outpost Trail, Man, WV, until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 18, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 91,000 cubic yards of excavation, 1,170 linear feet of storm culvert, 1,800 linear feet of riprap channel, 300 linear feet of paved roadway, gravel parking lots, 2,450 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 2,150 linear feet of 2-inch and smaller waterline, 3,800 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 27 manholes, a wastewater treatment plant, power and cable conduits, fencing, and other related
appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
