A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Maplewood Methodist Church located at 26
Burnt Creek Road, Danese, WV 25831 at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Maplewood Methodist Church located at 26 Burnt Creek Road, Danese, WV 25831 until Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids may also be delivered prior to this time to the Danese Public Service District located at 15059 Stanaford Road, Danese, WV 25831, or mailed to P.O. Box C, Danese WV 25831.

Quantities of work:

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 85,000 linear feet (LF) of 10-inch and smaller diameter waterline, 37 fire hydrants, 84 gate valves, in addition to the water meters, meter relocations, service connections, and
other related items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
