IAEGER REGIONAL SEWER PROJECT – PHASE I

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted held at 1:30 p.m.
local time on May 21, 2024 at the McDowell County PSD office.

The bid opening date and time are hereby changed. Sealed bids for the construction of
Contracts No. 1 and No. 2 will be received by McDowell County Public Service District
at its office located at 21901 Rocket Boys Drive; Welch, WV 24801 (on WV Route 16 in
Coalwood, WV) until 11:00 a.m. local time on June 25, 2024, at which time the bids
received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. on June 14th, 2024. All questions shall be sent via
email or fax and addressed to Cody Walker and Rick Roberts

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contracts No. 1 and No. 2 will be received by McDowell Public

Coalwood, WV) until 11:00 a.m. local time on June 4, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be
publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation
of approximately 14,850 linear feet of 8-inch and smaller diameter gravity pipe, 13,600 linear feet of 3-
inch and smaller diameter force main, three (3) grinder pump stations, 95 manholes, and other related
appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
Contract No. 2 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation
of one (1) wastewater treatment facility, three (3) pump stations and other related appurtenances as
outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
