ELK RIVER CLENDENIN TRAILHEAD PROJECT - REBID

An optional pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing the scope of work, labor standards and other requirements will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the Clendenin Community Center (right beside town hall), 4 First Street, Clendenin, WV, 25045, and will adjourn at the project site.

The Kanawha County Commission (Owner) will receive sealed bids properly endorsed “Elk River Clendenin Trailhead Project - Rebid” until 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 21, 2024, in the offices of the Kanawha County Commission Purchasing Department, 407 Virginia Street, East, Room 229, Charleston, WV, 25301.

The work consists of the following:
Asphalt pavement parking lot, parking lot striping, concrete sidewalks with curb ramps, concrete curbing, concrete bumper blocks, bicycle rack, park benches, picnic shelter, minor storm sewer improvements, demolition, signage, and landscaping.
