A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Town of Clay office at 10:00 a.m. on October 22, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Marlene Lewis (Mayor-Town of Clay) at the office of the Town of Clay; 628 Main Street, Clay, WV, until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 11, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Quantities of work:

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of one (1) 124,000 gallon water storage tank and one (1) 38,000 gallon water storage tank including demolition of the existing Upper and Lower Maysel tanks, site clearing and grading, tank foundation, fencing, valve vault, 240 LF of 6” water line, connections, tank access roads, rip rap ditches, telemetry, video-taping and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
