A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2023, at the Buffalo Creek PSD office.

Bid date:

Bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid forms. Bids will be received by the Buffalo Creek Public Service District at its office at 35 Cartwright Branch Road (P.O. Box 209), Amherstdale, WV 25607 until 1:00 p.m., (Local Time) March 9, 2023, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

Quantities of work:

Contract 1 – Rita-Taplin Phase I Sanitary Sewer Extension Project
Construction of approximately 155 linear feet of 10” diameter gravity sewer main, 7,500 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity sewer main, 1,300 linear feet of 6” diameter gravity sewer main, 2,400 linear feet of 4” diameter laterals, 6,400 linear feet of 6” diameter force main, 5,900 linear feet of 4” diameter force main, 970 linear feet of 2” and smaller force main, 45 manholes, 7 gravity line cleanouts, 23 force main cleanouts, three (3) lift stations, six (6) small grinder pump stations and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
