A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Birch River PSD Office at 1:00 p.m. on March 11,
2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No. 1 will be received by Birch River Public Service District at their Office located at P.O. Box 509, or 153 Powell Creek Road, Birch River, WV 26610, until 10:00 a.m. local time on March 27, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Contract No. 1 – Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 6,450 linear feet (LF) of 4-inch and smaller diameter waterline, one (1) 50 GPM booster pump station, one emergency standby generator, gate valves, water meters, and other related items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
