A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Branchland-Midkiff Public Service District office at 10:00 a.m. local time on February 9, 2023.

Bid date:

Sealed Bids for the construction of Contract No.1 will be received by Alfred Abshire (Chairman- Branchland-Midkiff Public Service District) at the offices of the Branchland-Midkiff Public Service District; 3670 McClellan Highway, Branchland, WV25506, until 1:00 p.m. local time on March 2, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Bid date changed to April 19th, 2023.

Quantities of work:

ContractNo.1- Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately one 151,000 gallon water storage tank, valve vault, site piping, telemetry, fencing, site restoration, access road upgrade, demolition and removal of an existing 153,000 gallon water storage tank, construction of one 151,000 gallon water storage tank, valve vault, site piping, telemetry, fencing, site restoration, access road upgrade and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
