The data collected was entered into a GIS system developed to be utilized with an existing GIS system being developed by Marshall County.
Also staff of E.L. Robinson identified and evaluated project areas to determine the most feasible approach to providing water and/or sewer service to the residents, while maintaining a keen awareness of the rate impact to existing customers.
Staff of E.L. Robinson will develop funding scenarios and project applications that will allow Marshall County and it's utilities to be competitive in seeking scarce funds to develop projects.
